It is a project of curricular policies, of teacher training (in service). The proposal focuses on intervention research in elementary schools. It will aim to broaden the links between the subjects of education and the school as a place of teaching or work, neglected by centralized public policies for the curriculum (such as BNCC) and fundamental to the quality of education. The present research, through biographical narrative studies (Miller, 1990), will seek to discuss how teachers perceive themselves as subjects in their curricular action, through didactic transposition, with the intention of producing curricular experiences based on teachers’ reflection on their history that is, in turn, individual and social.
